TERMS

Quotes, booking and payments

• Quotes are valid for up to 30 days from when date the quote was sent to you

• To secure your booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required for 1 car £75 for 2 cars

• This final balance payment is due 14 days prior to the booked wedding date unless the you have agreed beforehand an extended final due date in writing from R&R Wedding Cars. If payment is not received on or before that date the vehicle/s will automatically be deemed as cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited. Vehicles will not be provided unless the full balance has been received. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the balance is paid on time. details of acc no, sort code and name will be available on the invoice when booking

• Any bookings made within 14 days prior to the wedding date will require full payment

• Time and mileage charges are based on activity with a 15 mile radius of PL3 6LR, reasonable additional 
  mileage / time charges will be agreed prior to acceptance of booking

• Maximum liability will be for the hire fees paid

• We reserve the right to decline to accept a contract for hire in our sole discretion whether or not any 
  suitable vehicle(s) is available

Itinerary and Confirmation​

• It is your responsibility to check the itinerary is correct, anything not listed may not be delivered

• You will provide accurate full address details at the time of booking of the pick-up point, the ceremony 
  and reception venues. Our booking form will show these addresses please advise us of any inaccuracies 
  immediately.

• R&R Wedding Cars we will do our utmost to ensure that our Chauffeur(s) are punctual. However, you will appreciate that we  cannot be held responsible for event such as Road Congestion, Accidents etc

• Any change of wedding date will result in an additional charge of £20

• An additional charge will be made for any extra journeys, extended times or distances other than those stated on the booking form

• We make every effort to supply the exact vehicle(s) that you requested, however, occasionally due to 
  circumstances beyond our control the vehicle(s) may not be available or has been changed. In these circumstances we will:
          a. Endeavour to supply similar best alternative vehicle(s), or;
          b. If no alternative vehicle(s) can be provided refund the hire fees paid; please note this will be the 
         full extent of our compensation to you. We therefore recommend that you obtain appropriate 
         wedding Insurance for your own protection.

Cancellations 

• Any alterations, amendments or cancellations must be notified in writing to info@randrweddingcars.co.uk

• 50% of payment of fees must be made if the wedding is cancelled within 30 days prior to the wedding date

• Full payment of fees must be made if the wedding is cancelled within 14 days prior to the wedding date

• We will make every effort to fill the date wherever possible, If we can fill the date then you will not be charged, if we are unable to fill that date then the fees stated above will be due

Passenger Safety

• Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles this also includes vaping

• Seat Belts must be worn where fitted

• You the client must advise us if a child will be under 14 years of age on the proposed travel date stating their age at the date of travel. At least one adult member 18yrs + of the wedding party must accompany children when travelling

• Children under 3 years old : Clients/Parents/Guardians must provide the correct child car seat for their children. There is no exemption for children aged under 3 years old

• Children aged 3 years and above, until they are EITHER 12 years old OR 135 cm tall : Children MUST use the correct restraint, where seat belts are fitted. 

• We cannot undertake to provide child seats unless agreed at the time of booking

Damages​

• The client is responsible for any damage to the vehicle exterior and interior during the hire caused by their own, the bridal party or their guest’s actions or inaction unless loss or damage was directly caused by the vehicle supplier and/or drivers. The Client will agree to be liable for the total cost of the repair and R&R Wedding Cars will determine the location of the repair

• In event of passenger illness in the vehicle the cost of a valet and any time out of service will be charged

Photographs

• R&R Wedding Cars may take photographs at your wedding and we may use these on our website or on other promotional material. If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please advise us at the time of booking.
